Hugo Tisaka

I graduated with a postgraduate degree in Military Strategy for Business Management, and I have extensive experience in different countries and cultures, including West Africa and Latin America. I have also served as a Security Advisor for multiple F1 teams at the Brazil and Mexico GPs He worked in security for the FIFA national football teams during the U-17 World Cup in Lagos, Nigeria. He had a leadership role in the Laureus Sports Awards and the Confederations Cup in 2013. I coordinated multiple security programs for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in several cities, and I led the personal security team for one of the main sponsors at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, which was one of the main sponsors of these events. Excellent networking in private and public companies, as well as other sectors of the economy at municipal, state, and federal levels. Conducted training in Brazil and abroad in personal protection, intelligence and counterintelligence, perimeter protection, and evasive driving. Participated in anti-kidnapping and anti-terrorism training given by SWAT members in Florida, USA, as well as executive protection by British Secret Service Agents and the FBI. Participated in information gathering and counterintelligence techniques given by former CIA and ATF operators and defense military complexes by the Brazilian Army Command, as well as jungle survival training given by EB Marines and Paratroopers.
Responsible for teams in different countries that provide highly VIP customer escorts and transport operations with high added value merchandise. He developed PREVICON®, a program that minimizes violence in residential and commercial complexes, and was responsible for introducing the Security by Design concept in South America. Developed a collaborative security management methodology and was responsible for training “Reporting in Areas of Conflict,” aiming to increase the protection of press professionals in locations where the risk is real or imminent.

He graduated in law with a postgraduate in corporate law and entered the investigative world after developing a unique method for tracking occult activities for large creditors. He has had more than 20 years of experience acting in Brazil and other countries in Latin America. He has a profile of being a “problem solver”, performing high impact activities and benefiting many multinationals and government enterprises, helping to solve many illegal deadlocks and extrajudicial issues. Investigations into risk mitigation, as well as the fight against corporate fraud in indoor and outdoor environments, moral and sexual harassment, mapping of potential conflicts of interest, illegal enrichment, product diversion and theft of goods, smuggling, and counterfeiting are conducted. He has participated in and performed dozens of projects related to security audits, project implementation, assets recovery, and tracking of people and assets. He has been responsible for investigations for major law order to support them in lawsuits or arbitrages in projects considered “problem-solving”. He developed and improved reporting channels for the industry, risk and crises management programs, and anti-fraud controls for companies in several sectors. He created and oversaw the adaptation of compliance programs in accordance with international FCPA legislations, the UK Bribery Act, and Law n° 12.846 of Brazil. He served as a Senior Close Protection Officer for the British Royal Family. He demonstrated leadership of diverse management teams focusing on aligning program goals to the mission, values, culture, and strategic goals of an organization. He is an outstanding communicator, fluent in English, French, and German with well-defined interpersonal skills. He is a recognized and highly decorated combat veteran with the ability to create and foster an efficient and productive work environment with exceptional levels of interpersonal and team communication. He has a Top-Secret Security Clearance.

Our logo
When we created our logo, we made a point of reflecting the enterprise philosophy. We wanted the concept to have an intrinsic relation to the job we do. For the Celtics, the torch symbolized peace and protection, while illuminating and warming up the camp, keeping them safe from wild animals. Meanwhile, in times of war, the army commander could see the positions conquered and kept for the troops by the positions of the torches in the battle camp. The Celtics associated the torch image with zeal, care, dedication, speed, vivacity, preparation, and readiness for battle. For us at NSA Global, the torch represents the fortitude to advance against the threats and problems that often surprise our customers with their unexpected manifestations and often complex nature.
